Please join us at the Women in Engineering event, which will be on
Thursday the 15th of November at 12:30 noon in Meeting Room C4.9. (Lunch will be provided)
The Theme of this year’s is: “Understanding and overcoming the challenge of unconscious bias at all levels”
Keynote presentations will be given by two exceptional speakers:
Professor Sara Pozzi who is the director of Consortium for Verification Technology and the Leader of the Detection for Nuclear Nonproliferation Group in the Department of Nuclear Engineering and Radiological Sciences University of Michigan and
Professor Judy Raper who is the Deputy Vice-Chancellor for Research and Innovation at the University of Wollongong
All attendees will have the opportunity to report on their experiences during the following discussion session moderated by Professor David Jamieson.
Interested attendees are encouraged to register to this event when registering to the conference since participation will be limited to 100.
